A funcionalidade de **Limite de Interações** permite que você tenha maior controle sobre como o seu agente de IA se comporta durante uma conversa com seus usuários. Graças a esta ferramenta, você poderá definir quantas interações (cada interação consiste em uma pergunta e sua respectiva resposta) o agente pode realizar antes de transferir a conversa para um agente humano. Isso ajuda a garantir que seus clientes recebam o melhor atendimento possível e evita que o agente consuma recursos sem oferecer uma solução adequada. ### Principal Benefício Configurar um limite de interações permite: - Evitar que o agente responda indefinidamente sem resolver o caso. - Melhorar a experiência do cliente ao garantir uma transferência oportuna para um atendente humano. - Otimizar o uso do agente de IA e de seus recursos. - Controlar facilmente o ponto exato da conversa em que um humano deve intervir. ### Passo a passo para configurar o limite **1. Configure o limite usando o controle deslizante (slider)** Ao ativar a opção, você verá um controle deslizante com duas possibilidades:   #### **a. Definir um limite:** Você pode selecionar o número de interações permitidas.
