Também mostraremos como testar o chat. ### Passo a passo de como criar chatbots no Instagram Direct com o Hibot 1. Faça login no Hibot com nome de usuário e senha. 2. Vá para o menu do lado esquerdo e clique em "Chatbots". 3. Será exibida uma janela pop-up na qual você deverá atribuir o bot: **Nome**: para identificar seu chatbot. **Descrição**: indique qual é a funcionalidade do seu chatbot. **Gatilho**: selecione o fluxo se quiser iniciar ou encerrar uma conversa.  \- Se o cliente iniciar a conversa e você quiser que o chatbot responda, selecione **"No início da conversa**". \- Se você quiser que o chatbot seja acionado para encerrar a conversa, selecione **"No final da conversa".** \- Se for para dar suporte ao gerenciamento de seus agentes, selecione **"Acionamento manua"**. **Tipo de canal:** atualmente, as seguintes opções estão ativadas: WhatsApp, Livechat, Facebook Messenger e Instagram.
