[Chatbots](https://help.hibotchat.com/es/chatbots?hsLang=es) # ¿Cómo habilitar e ingresar al módulo de chatbots en Hibot? ## Todos tus chat en un mismo lugar, no pierdas ni una conversación con tus clientes, aquí cómo habilitar el módulo de chatbots en Hibot. ### ¿Qué es el módulo de chatbots de Hibot? 🤖 El módulo de chatbots es una herramienta para construcción de bots que te permite automatizar conversaciones con tus clientes para incrementar la calidad en la atención y servicio.  Los principales beneficios de esta herramienta son: ✅ Facilidad de uso. ✅ Se adapta a tu negocio sin realizar grandes inversiones. ✅ Velocidad de respuesta y agilidad en la interacción con tus públicos. ✅ Disminución de costos y optimización del tiempo de tus agentes. ✅Estatus y confianza ante tus clientes debido a que es una solución innovadora y atractiva. En este artículo te explicaremos como puedes habilitar el módulo en tu plataforma y luego como puedes ingresar a ella para usar todas sus funcionalidades. ### 1. ¿Cómo habilitar el módulo de chatbots de Hibot? Primero, recuerda que para habilitar este módulo debes haberlo activado hablando con tu asesor comercial  o agente de fidelización asignado. 1\. En la parte lateral izquierda de la pantalla haz clic en el módulo de **“Configuración”.** 3\. Se abrirá una pantalla con todos los roles creados en la plataforma. Se abrirá una ventana para editar el rol. Haz clic en la pestaña “**Permisos**”. En la sección de permisos, encontrarás la opción “Chatbots”. Para habilitarla, simplemente marca la casilla ubicada a la izquierda del nombre. Refresca o recarga la página nuevamente para evidenciar el cambio. 7\. Por último abre nuevamente el menú de Hibot y a la izquierda verás el módulo llamado  “Chatbots”. ### 2. ¿Cómo ingresar al módulo de chatbots de Hibot? Luego de tener habilitada la opción, te invitamos a acceder al módulo para disfrutar de todos sus beneficios. Para ello, debes: 1. Recuerda ingresar  con tu usuario y contraseña 2.
