[Contactos](https://help.hibotchat.com/es/contactos?hsLang=es) # ¿Cómo enviar una plantilla con botones interactivos en Hibot? ## Todos tus chat en un mismo lugar, no pierdas ni una conversación con tus clientes, aquí cómo enviar una plantilla con botones interactivos en Hibot Las plantillas son el medio por el cual puedes activar una conversación usando Meta con su producto Whatsapp Business, es decir, para poder iniciar o reanudar una conversación debes hacerlo por medio del envío de una plantilla, de lo contrario, dicha conversación no podrá generarse.  ### Paso a paso cómo enviar una plantilla con botones interactivos ***Nota:** Si deseas enviar tus plantillas de tipo botón, podrás realizarlo al iniciar una conversación con contacto conocido o desconocido o al reanudar una conversación con recordatorio.* Cómo usar las plantillas con botones interactivos desde el **módulo de contactos**  1. Para iniciar la conversación con un contacto nuevo ingresa a Hibot con usuario y contraseña 2. En la parte lateral izquierda de la pantalla, verás el menú con varias opciones. Haz clic en **“Contactos”**. 3. Elige la plantilla con botones y podrás previsualizar la estructura de dicha plantilla. Una vez diligencies la plantilla completa y correctamente, haz clic en el botón **"Iniciar"** que aparece en la esquina inferior derecha de la ventana.  7\.
