La duplicación te permite experimentar y personalizar flujos sin riesgos, la importación facilita la integración de modelos preexistentes, y la exportación asegura la portabilidad y escalabilidad de tus soluciones. Con estas funcionalidades, optimiza tu tiempo y garantiza un uso más ágil del módulo. ### ¿Cómo duplicar un chatbot? 1\. Ingresa al módulo de "Chatbots" 2\. Ubica en la tabla principal y en el chatbot que desees duplicar. 3\. En el caso que requieras hacer una copia de seguridad de tu chatbot en tu dispositivo o importar tu chatbot a un nuevo ambiente de la plataforma, se puede hacer de manera fácil y rápida en el módulo de chatbots.  **Cuando requieras exportar un bot debes:** 1\. Ingresa al módulo de "Chatbots" 2\. Ubica en la tabla principal y en el chatbot que desees duplicar. 3\. Hacer primero la exportación como te explicamos en el punto anterior 2\.
